I have been buying Rockport shoes for many years and have never had a moments complaint about them. This is my first experience of purchasing them without trying them on first, but they couldn't be more comfortable. I purchased two pair of the same style that I have always worn and each is perfect. They usually last me a couple years before the heal is run down on the outside edge with the way that I walk. Even the older ones that I have look like brand new when I polish them. I will not buy any other brand of shoe.

I actually ordered this shoe for my husband. He's never bought shoes without trying on first, since he's hard to fit. But these shoes felt great right out of the box, no break-in period. He says they are the most comfortable shoe he's ever worn.

I bought an identical pair in black from a brick and mortar store. I liked the shoe because it's light (I need to wear light shoes due to an ankle sprain) and very comfortable (no sweating, very stable) and it looks very nice more like a regular shoe than a sneaker. ShoeBuy's price was overall close to $18 cheaper than the brick and mortar store.One thing I was surprised by was that no invoice was included with the shipment as is the custom with for example Amazon.

I buy a pair of these shoesevery year! I use orthopedic inserts. The shoes are great for distance walking. I use my old Rockport World Walker shoes for working in the lawn, we mow most of the year in Florida. My back does not hurt and my feet feel wonderful after wearing the shoes all day.

This is my third pair of these shoes. They are very comfortable, and excellent fot walking . My first pair was for walking shipboard on a cruise and also on shore. The second was because the first pair were wearing down. The third pair (new ones) are fitted with a special steel shaft insert prescribed by my Orthopedic Specialist. I have recently developed problems with my right foot.
